Delivery Policy

  • Shipping Time: We aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as natural events, holidays, or logistical delays.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, depending on ongoing offers.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during working hours to receive the package. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • Change of Address: Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to us before the order is dispatched. We may not be able to change the address once the order is in transit.

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we offer the following return and exchange process:

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Returns are accepted only for damaged products or if the wrong product is delivered.
    • The request must be lodged within 24 hours of delivery.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all labels and accessories intact.
  2. Process for Return:

    • Provide supporting details, including images of the damaged or incorrect product and its packaging.
    • If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return/exchange ticket.
  3. Return/Exchange Procedure:

    • Ship the product back to us using the instructions provided by our team.
    • Once the product is received and verified, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return request within 24 hours.
    • If approved, a replacement will be initiated, or a refund will be processed (if applicable).
  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will only be processed if a replacement is not available.
    • Refunds may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your original payment method after approval.
    • Shipping charges and other applicable fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products provided as part of a promotional or free gift offer.
  • Products that have been tampered with, used, or altered in any way.
  • Products where the return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Orders where delivery failed due to incorrect address or unavailability at the specified location.

Exceptions and Other Terms

  • We reserve the right to reject return requests in cases of false claims or if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.
  • Shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • In some cases, we may arrange for reverse pickup depending on location and availability.
