- Cancellations will depend on the shipment status. If the product has already been shipped within the 24-hour window, cancellation may still be processed, but shipment charges or other applicable fees will be deducted.
- No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.
- Refunds can take up to 15 working days once the cancellation is approved, and customers will be notified via email.
- Amrikshila reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Products are unavailable or difficult to ship.
- Inaccuracies in product or pricing information.
- Orders flagged by our credit and fraud avoidance team.
- Suspicion of fraudulent transactions or violations of our terms.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the procedure below:
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by calling our helpline +919152052832 or emailing us at support@amrikshila.com. We highly recommend taking pictures or videos of the package while opening it to provide evidence of damage or error.

Return/Exchange Procedure:
- Submit your return/exchange request st, and our customer service will review it.
- Provide necessary details, including images of the damaged or wrong product and packaging.
- If accepted, you’ll be asked to return the product in its original packaging for physical verification.
- Once verified, we’ll notify you within 24 hours, and the replacement process will begin. Replacement may take up to 15 days from the time the returned product is received.

Important Guidelines:
- The product must be returned in original packaging, with no tampering to the product serial number, composition, labels, or cartons.
- Free gifts included with the product must also be returned in original condition.
- False claims of damage will result in rejection, and shipping charges will be debited to the customer.
